Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content Policy

Adult-only, lawful and consensual

This policy applies to videos, previews, still images, audio, profiles, submissions, advertising and all associated metadata. Consent between adults does not override applicable law, payment-network rules or this policy. We prohibit the following content and conduct, including attempts to solicit, distribute or promote it.

Prohibited content

• Minors, anyone portrayed as a minor, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and age-play or styling that implies a participant is a minor.
• Non-consensual sexual content, sexual assault, rape, revenge pornography, or hidden-camera material without valid consent to recording and distribution.
• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, exploitation, forced participation or physical abuse.
• Incest, bestiality, extreme violence, snuff, mutilation or other unlawful sexual violence.
• Sexual content involving bodily waste prohibited by processor rules. HotwifeSonyC prohibits such material rather than relying on an assumed exception.
• Illegal activity; stolen or fraudulent content; copyright infringement; impersonation; and violations of privacy, confidentiality or publicity/personality rights.
• Material supplied without adult age/identity evidence, necessary publication rights or valid consent for every depicted person.

Titles, keywords and promotion

Keywords, titles, descriptions, metadata, URLs and tags must not falsely imply prohibited content, youth, coercion or illegality. A disclaimer that a depiction is fictional or that participants are adults does not excuse misleading promotion. Rights and consent restrictions also apply to previews, covers and promotional material.

Prohibited use and enforcement

Do not evade age or identity controls, misuse another account, harvest private data, upload malware, harass participants or submit fraudulent payment or safety claims. Content may be rejected, suspended or removed; accounts may be restricted or terminated. Report a concern at /report-content. Relevant evidence may be retained and disclosed only where legally appropriate.
