Consent & Performer Verification Policy

Required permission

• Voluntary, informed permission to be depicted in the identified content.
• Permission for public distribution and streaming through the service.
• Permission for the identified upload and publication, including authorized previews, covers and promotion.
• Confirmation that each person was an adult at recording and that the evidence relates to the correct person and content.

Recording and review

Before approving new content, an authorized reviewer must identify every depicted person and inspect the applicable signed release or other legally valid evidence. The restricted workflow records a protected evidence reference, the consent scope, content/media association, actor and time. An existing agreement may be used as evidence only after its validity, signers, scope and completion are checked. An entry in the database is not a substitute for genuine consent or the underlying release. Changes create a new consent record and an audit event.

Downloads and changing scope

HotwifeSonyC does not offer downloads. Download consent is not a current publication requirement and the current workflow does not authorize downloads. Any future download feature requires a separate scope review, explicit applicable permissions and policy/technical changes before activation. A new full video, teaser or cover requires consent matching that content; earlier evidence must not be silently reused for different media.

Disputes and removal

Anyone depicted may dispute authorization, claim invalid consent or request removal without an account at /depicted-person-removal. We review identity safely, examine consent records and restrict content during serious review where appropriate. If lawful consent cannot be established or the content is unlawful, it must be removed promptly. Revocation and contractual questions are assessed under applicable law; a release does not justify continuing to distribute unlawful content.
