DMCA / Copyright Policy
Copyright complaints, counter-notifications and repeat infringement handling.
Last updated: October 11, 2026Copyright reports and current agent status
HotwifeSonyC prohibits infringement and stolen content. Copyright holders and authorized representatives may report a page at /report-content using Copyright. This general reporting channel is not a representation that a statutory DMCA agent has been designated.
A designated DMCA agent, notice address and agent email have not yet been finalized. Formal designation and public agent details require completion before relying on a statutory notice-and-takedown safe harbor. No agent name or address is invented on this page.
Notice information
Do not place sensitive documents in the initial public form. Use it to identify the claim and arrange secure delivery of any additional notice information. Knowingly false claims may create legal liability.
- Your physical or electronic signature and confirmation that you own the rights or act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when applicable.
- The precise HotwifeSonyC page URL and enough information to locate the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name and reliable contact information, including address, telephone and email where required for a statutory notice.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notifications
If your content was removed for copyright reasons and you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, request a counter-notification channel through /contact, identifying the complaint. A legally sufficient counter-notice generally includes a signature, identification and prior location of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief in mistake or misidentification, and the required name, address, telephone, jurisdiction-consent and acceptance-of-service statements. Applicable U.S. court-jurisdiction language depends on the subscriber’s location. We must review the actual legal requirements before treating a message as sufficient.
Where the DMCA process applies, restoration is subject to its notice and timing requirements, including the applicable 10–14 business-day framework and any notice of legal action. Content is not restored if another safety, consent or legal restriction applies. Necessary counter-notice information may be forwarded to the claimant as the law requires.
Repeat infringement
Documented repeated infringement may result in content removal and account restrictions or termination in appropriate circumstances. Reviewers assess notices, responses and relevant facts rather than treating an untested allegation as a finding. This policy does not claim established safe-harbor eligibility.
