Depicted Person Appeal & Removal Policy
A dedicated, account-free process to dispute consent or request removal of content depicting you.
Last updated: October 11, 2026Your right to raise a concern
Any person depicted may request removal, review of consent, consideration of revocation or invalidity where allowed by law, or investigation of disputed authorization. No account, purchase or performer relationship with HotwifeSonyC is required. A representative should explain their authority without sending unnecessary personal documents.
What to provide safely
Provide the content URL, legal name, contact email, reason and explanation using the form below. Supporting information is optional. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive media here. Explain what evidence is available; a reviewer may arrange a proportionate protected identity check. We should not demand information unrelated to establishing identity or the issue raised.
Review and action
Requests are recorded and prioritized. The reviewer examines identity safely and checks the relevant release and consent scope. Serious disputes may lead to suspension during review. Content is removed immediately if it is unlawful, and must not remain available if consent cannot be established. A disagreement about revocation is assessed under applicable law and the actual agreement; no blanket claim of irrevocability overrides legal rights. The decision, protective action and any additional evidence request are documented.
Decision and appeal
We target a documented resolution within no more than five business days where reasonably possible. Keep your reference for follow-up through /contact. You may challenge a decision or supply additional facts; serious unresolved consent questions remain subject to restriction. Sending this form does not automatically publish your identity or establish that a claim is valid.
Request a consent review or removal
No account required. Do not submit graphic descriptions, identity documents, card details or unlawful media. Optional supporting information can describe documentation available for protected follow-up.
