Terms of Service

Eligibility and acceptance

Use HotwifeSonyC only if you are at least 18 and meet any higher legal age required where you access the service. Access must be lawful in your jurisdiction and voluntary. Do not permit a minor to use your account or access age-restricted material. An entry acknowledgment or payment card is not proof of age. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the linked policies, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access through /contact. Account access is personal and may not be transferred or shared to evade restrictions. We may require additional eligibility or identity checks where appropriate. Do not bypass authentication, access another person’s records, interfere with the service, submit malicious requests or misrepresent your identity.

Content, ownership and consent

Rights remain with the applicable creators and rights holders. Anyone supplying content must have the rights needed to do so and valid, verifiable adult-participant consent to depiction, upload/publication and distribution. Content suppliers grant only the rights necessary for HotwifeSonyC to review, host, display, promote as authorized and stream their content as agreed. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to use a person’s identity outside the documented authorization. See /consent and /acceptable-use.

Purchased access and redistribution

A completed, paid purchase gives the purchasing account a limited, personal, nontransferable license to stream the specified video while it remains lawfully available through the service. It does not transfer ownership, authorize redistribution or guarantee perpetual availability. Download is not offered. Do not record, scrape, resell, publicly exhibit, copy, share signed access links or redistribute content without authorization. Content may become unavailable because of safety, consent, rights or legal concerns; contact support about affected purchases and applicable remedies.

Prices, payments and refunds

Product pages disclose the item, price and currency before checkout. Purchases are per video, not subscriptions. The currently implemented checkout is a demo: it takes no card payment and does not grant paid access. If live processing is later enabled, the checkout must identify the actual processor, total price and any applicable taxes before payment. Paid access is granted only after an approved payment record; do not rely on a browser success screen as proof. The Billing and Refund & Cancellation policies explain disputes, duplicate charges and access failures. Mandatory consumer and processor rights remain available.

Moderation, suspension and termination

We may restrict accounts or content for safety, fraud, prohibited conduct, missing verification, disputed consent, legal obligations or breach of these terms. New commercial publication requires recorded review, adult verification and content-specific consent. A prior publication is not a certification of compliance. We may preserve records where legally appropriate. Account termination does not waive an available refund remedy or a lawful safety/removal request.

Reports and depicted-person appeals

Anyone may report content at /report-content. A person depicted may request a consent review or removal at /depicted-person-removal without registering or purchasing. Reports are assessed on their substance. Do not knowingly submit false information or unlawfully distribute evidence. Serious safety concerns may justify restriction during review. Service limits and liability

The service is provided subject to availability and applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the accuracy of third-party services. To the extent legally permitted, responsibility for indirect or consequential loss is limited; no exclusion applies where law prohibits it, including nonwaivable consumer rights, fraud or other mandatory liability. These terms do not excuse unlawful content or replace a duty imposed by law.

Governing law, changes and contact

An operator-specific governing-law and venue clause has not been selected. No jurisdiction or business entity is invented here; applicable mandatory law and consumer protections continue to apply.

The operator’s entity details must be finalized before a commercial launch. Updates to these terms will carry a revised date; material changes require any additional notice or acceptance mandated by law. Questions, disputes and notices can be submitted through /contact.
