Content Removal / Takedown Policy
Request restriction or removal of unlawful, unauthorized or rights-infringing content.
Last updated: October 11, 2026Grounds and submission
Request removal for underage concerns, lack of consent, trafficking/exploitation, unlawful material, copyright, impersonation, privacy or another prohibited-content concern. Use /report-content and identify the public page and basis. People depicted can use /depicted-person-removal; copyright holders should also read /dmca. You do not need to buy the content or hold an account.
Protective action and decision
Serious safety concerns may justify suspension during investigation. When unlawful content is identified, it must be removed immediately. If consent cannot be established, distribution must not continue. Reviewers record the reason, relevant evidence references and the outcome. A request can be rejected where the facts do not support it, but a requester may provide further information or dispute the decision through /contact.
Technical scope and preservation
Suspension/removal withdraws the item from the public catalog and stops new full-video playback authorizations for that item. Previously issued short-lived access URLs may remain usable until their expiration; immediate infrastructure revocation and copies outside the service may require separate action. We do not promise deletion of every third-party copy. Evidence may be preserved under a lawful retention need rather than immediately destroyed. A takedown does not automatically resolve billing; affected purchasers may request review under /refunds.
Timing
High-risk reports receive priority. We target resolution within no more than five business days where reasonably possible, without delaying removal of identified illegal content. Review is performed by authorized personnel, not an automatic adjudication system.
