Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital-video access problems, duplicate or unauthorized charges and refund review.
Last updated: October 11, 2026Digital purchases and current checkout
HotwifeSonyC offers individual streaming-video purchases, not recurring subscriptions. The current checkout is a demonstration and does not charge a payment method or grant paid access. There is no active recurring plan to cancel. If you see an unfamiliar charge, contact your payment provider promptly and report it through /contact.
When a refund may be available
Digital content may have specific cancellation/withdrawal rules once supply begins, depending on law and valid checkout disclosures. No blanket “no refunds” rule overrides mandatory rights. A failed or pending payment is not a completed purchase.
- A verified duplicate charge for the same intended purchase.
- A confirmed payment followed by a persistent technical failure that prevents the promised access and cannot reasonably be remedied.
- An unauthorized transaction, assessed through the applicable provider’s dispute and security procedure.
- Content-access problems, misdescription or withdrawal where a refund or other remedy is required by law or the applicable processor rules.
How to request review
Use the Billing contact or the form on /contact. Include the account email, product, transaction reference if available, date, amount/currency and a short description of the problem. Never send a full card number, security code or password. We may request limited information needed to locate and investigate the transaction. A report is not automatic refund approval.
Payment-provider rules and abuse
Approved refunds follow applicable law and the actual processor’s rules, ordinarily to the original payment method; posting time depends on the provider and financial institution. No live processor or settlement timing is implied by the demo. Fraudulent or abusive claims may be investigated without removing valid consumer rights. You may contact your issuer or processor about a dispute; contacting support does not waive those rights.
