Scope and responsibility

HotwifeSonyC operates an adult-oriented video storefront and restricted administrative tools for its collection. This policy explains processing connected with browsing, accounts, purchased access, creator administration, verification records and requests for help. It also applies when a person who has no account submits a safety or removal request.

The responsible legal entity and business address are pending confirmation. No company identity or address should be inferred from the HotwifeSonyC brand. The contact form is available for privacy questions.

Information collected

• Account data: email, name when supplied, password hash, account state, language and security-related account records. Passwords are not intentionally stored in readable form.
• Transactions: product, price, currency, purchase status and records needed to reconcile access or a payment dispute. The current checkout is a demonstration and does not charge a payment card.
• Technical data: session cookies, request/device information, security events and, when available from trusted infrastructure, IP addresses. Hosts and other infrastructure providers may maintain their own logs.
• Content and creator administration: media, titles, tags, content links, performer details, linked-platform identifiers, release agreements and document metadata supplied through restricted tools.
• Safety and verification: contact information, complaint narratives, decisions, identity/age review results, dates of birth and references to protected evidence. Do not put identity documents, card data or suspected unlawful media into a public report.
• Communications: support requests, privacy requests, consent disputes and related correspondence.

Why information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver authorized streaming access, manage content and requested integrations, respond to complaints, verify adult participation and consent, prevent fraud and abuse, keep an audit history and meet applicable legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing depends on providing the requested service, legitimate safety/security interests, a legal obligation or a valid consent for the particular activity. A performer release does not replace any separate data-protection requirement.

Payment information

The application does not collect or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. The current demo checkout takes no payment. If an external processor is enabled, payment details must be entered on that processor’s payment form and its privacy terms will apply to that processing. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment outcomes and limited reconciliation data; the configured processor will be disclosed before a live purchase.

Cookies and authentication

Essential cookies support authentication and session security. A browser-local age acknowledgment remembers an entry choice for the current browsing session; it is not identity verification. Essential cookies are used for service operation, not a statement that a visitor’s age has been independently checked. No advertising-cookie consent is assumed. Any future nonessential tracking requires its own assessment and disclosures. You can clear browser storage or restrict cookies, although sign-in and other functions may stop working.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared only as needed with hosting, database, media-storage, email and other service providers; external payment processors when enabled; and connected platforms for actions an authorized user requests. Safety complaints and evidence may be disclosed to professional advisers, processors or authorities where reasonably necessary and legally permitted or required. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process data outside your jurisdiction; applicable transfer safeguards and contracts must be assessed for the operator’s actual locations. This policy does not claim a certification or transfer mechanism that has not been established.

Retention and security

We retain information for the service purpose and any applicable legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, evidentiary or dispute-retention need. Account deletion does not necessarily erase transaction records, legally required performer records or evidence subject to a preservation hold. Retention periods and secure disposal are determined by record category and applicable law; no universal deletion deadline is promised. Access to safety and verification administration is restricted. Public reporting responses do not disclose private records. No system can guarantee absolute security; do not send unnecessary sensitive evidence through ordinary public forms.

Your rights and deletion requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict information, object to some processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or complain to a competent authority. Use /contact for a privacy or deletion request; /data-deletion explains the process. We may verify identity proportionately through a safe channel and explain lawful exceptions. Deleting a HotwifeSonyC account does not delete data independently controlled by a connected platform.
