Content Moderation Policy
Prepublication review, safety decisions and complaint-driven moderation for the HotwifeSonyC collection.
Last updated: October 11, 2026Review before new commercial publication
New commercial content must pass a recorded review of the full video, preview, cover and associated title, description, tags/category and URL. Review covers adult age and identity, every depicted person’s consent, prohibited content and promotion, copyright/publicity rights and relevant complaints. The reviewer must inspect the actual material; this is not an automated content-scanning service. Approval applies to the reviewed content and metadata, not later substitutions.
Review states
Existing catalog items may be labeled internally as LEGACY_UNREVIEWED. They are not automatically treated as approved. Approval does not certify that a payment processor, court or regulator has accepted the material.
- DRAFT: review has not been completed.
- PENDING_REVIEW: awaiting a recorded reviewer decision.
- APPROVED: required evidence and reviewer checks were recorded for the identified content.
- REJECTED: publication is not authorized for the documented reason.
- SUSPENDED: distribution is restricted pending review.
- REMOVED: content is withdrawn for the documented reason.
Complaints and enforcement
OWNER and ADMIN reviewers can review complaints, add internal notes, record decisions and suspend/remove content. OPERATOR does not receive compliance administration rights. Identified unlawful content must be removed immediately. High-risk complaints are prioritized and content may be suspended while facts are reviewed. The audit history records actor, action, object and time without publishing sensitive evidence.
Limits and appeals
Human review can require further information and may be corrected. Submit a follow-up or appeal using the complaint reference through /contact; depicted persons may use the dedicated removal form. Content is not restored merely because a request was rejected or a counterclaim was received. Rights, identity, consent and legal restrictions must be reassessed before republication. The workflow does not claim around-the-clock staffing or a certified external moderation vendor.
